When I went for lunch with my friend and fellow food bloggess of Food Fetish, I ordered the Pee Wee sandwich over salad greens in lieu of sandwich bread. The lunch menu is full of great salads and sandwiches that can be ordered without the bread. They have a soup de jour, daily specials and are always happy to explain what is or is not in your meal. Their sourcing is careful and local.
The Pee Wee has perfectly roasted, crispy and melty pork belly, homemade coleslaw, pickled red onions, and hell-why-not, (I added) a fried egg. It was the perfect paleo lunch. Seriously. Perfect. Go try it and I dare you to tell me otherwise.
My apologies for the lack of pictures here. I promise to come back and order more stuff to photograph! I just had to get this up to spread the good word. Not only is this a great place to eat, its a great place to hang out. I am always looking for the next great coffee shop from which to work. This place has a wonderful outdoor patio, bottomless coffee and legit wifi. And wine. So I'm sold.

Their brunch is supposed to be phenomenal, which, with a Big Brekkie, Seasonal Omelette, Bangers and Eggs with tomato relish and caramelized onions, I believe it! I'll have to try it next.
They do serve Gluten-free bread, which I hear is exceptional there, but I'm not into that kind of thing. I just order my food without it. Ain't nobody need a baguette. Add a fried egg, yes, but skip le pain.
Their dinner menu looks great too. I have my eye on Pork Belly and Pears (its a salad), and the Quail Entree with Celery Root puree and mushroom ragout. Not to mention, you can always choose from their fresh selection of raw oysters. I just love oysters, even though eating them in Central Texas seems sketchy. I trust this place.
