Chili Lime Pepitas
2 cups raw pepitas
(from your local health foods market in the bulk section)
1 tsp olive oil
juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 350ยบ. Toss all the ingredients together. Spread on a foil-lined, oil-greased sheet pan. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool and serve! P.S. These suckers are spicy.
