Chicken Stock: It is the easiest thing to make in the world. I don't know why people ever buy it. Here is how it is done:
Take the carcus from last nights Beer Can Chicken. Put it in a pot full of water

Roughly chop and add:
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
3-4 ribs of celery, leave the leaves on
2 large carrots
a handful of Parsley

Throw in:
1 bay leaf
a tsp of dried thyme
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
salt and pepper
Boil it up, reduce to simmer for 3 hours.

Strain out the liquid --  boom, STOCK
